      Robyn Shulman, M.Ed. is an experienced, certified ESL/mainstream teacher, and academic/career advisor in Illinois. She has been providing vast realms of education based services for the past 7 years.  She supports prospective, mainstream and ESL/Bilingual teachers in all areas.  Her guidance includes ESL/Bilingual pedagogical methods and strategies, and social, cultural, emotional and developmental best practices.  

      Robyn has also worked with thousands of potential ESL/Bilingual teachers providing mentoring services, ESL/Bilingual logistical support, and academic and career advice. 

      In 2006, she launched and managed the first graduate level academic advising program for National Louis University, specifically focused in the ESL/Bilingual and Curriculum and Instruction field.

      • To provide schools and teachers with the tools and knowledge required to best meet the needs of ESL/Bilingual students
      • To support teachers in meeting their personal goals and needs which include: academic and career advising, teacher mentoring, and professional development


      2014 Early Childhood ESL and/or Bilingual Endorsement Requirement:

      By 2014, most early childhood educators in Illinois will be required to hold either an ESL and/or Bilingual approval or endorsement. Contact us for support and guidance today.

      ESL/Bilingual Education Consulting For Illinois School Districts

      Consulting services are based specifically on the school and/or district needs.  Our program focuses on the following four tiers:


      1. ESL/Bilingual program review, collaboration and suggestions
      2. ESL/Bilingual pedagogy and methods for mainstream teachers working with ESL and Bilingual students
      3. ESL and mainstream teacher mentoring via on-site visits, phone and email
      4. Collaboration and building a bridge for open communication between ESL and mainstream teachers to best support the students


       Professional Development Includes:
